Our Therapeutic Approach

Psychotherapy is a primary and essential component of the care we provide.

Our therapists use a variety of somatic therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Hakomi method, and Existential psychotherapies, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques when working with clients. These therapeutic skills help clients develop deeper connections and understanding between the mind and body.

When working with trauma we incorporate mindfulness and emotional grounding skills while re-establishing a sense of trust and connection with one’s own body.
